Cooking: add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking water before adding the pasta.
Use a large pot with plenty of water: no less than 2 litres of water for every 250 g of pasta.
When the water is boiling, add about 5 g of coarse salt per litre of water and add the pasta.
Stir gently and, after 4 minutes of boiling, turn off the heat and leave the product in the cooking water, covered, for another 5 minutes.
