Indications

BBmilk Zero is a food indicated for premature and/or low-birth-weight infants, when breastfeeding is not possible. Breast milk is the ideal food; when it is lacking or insufficient, the infant must be fed a food suited to his or her needs, after consulting a pediatrician. The liquid formulation of BBmilk Zero is designed to meet the specific nutritional needs of preterm infants as it provides an adequate energy and protein intake and contains: whey proteins rich in alpha-lactalbumin, structured vegetable oils, GOS (galactooligosaccharides), LCPUFA (long-chain essential fatty acids of the omega-3 and omega-6 series), MCT (medium-chain triglycerides), lactoferrin, nucleotides, vitamins, LipocalTM, an innovative form of calcium, Lipofer®, an innovative form of iron.

Directions for use and dosage

Warnings

The product must be used under medical supervision. It cannot be administered parenterally. Improper preparation and storage may cause problems or health risks to the infant.
