Nutramigen 3 LGG® is a hypoallergenic formula based on extensively hydrolyzed casein for the dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy in children aged 1 year and above, as part of a diversified diet.

The cow's milk proteins in Nutramigen 3 LGG® have been broken down (or hydrolyzed) so that the immune systems of most babies with cow's milk protein allergy no longer recognize them as harmful.

Directions for use and dosage

For the correct quantities of boiled water and powder, follow the instructions below, unless otherwise indicated by the pediatrician.

Use only the measuring spoon included in the jar to measure the powder.
One level, uncompressed scoop (4.5 g) is added to every 30 ml of water.

Preparation:

Nutramigen 3 LGG® has specific preparation instructions.
Follow the instructions for preparation and use carefully.
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Wash bottles, teats, caps, and various utensils and boil them in water for 1 minute.
Boil more water for 1 minute and let it cool to room temperature. Pour the appropriate amount of cooled water into the bottle.
Add the appropriate amount of powder to the water using the measuring spoon (see daily dosage). Store the dry measuring spoon in the jar.
Close the bottle, roll it first between your hands, and then shake vigorously until the powder has completely dissolved.
If using a cup, stir until the powder has completely dissolved. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
Once prepared, the product is subject to rapid deterioration.
Administer immediately after preparation, otherwise cover the preparation and store it in the refrigerator at 2-4°C for no longer than 24 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula or use it if it has been out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Do not use a microwave oven to heat the preparation.
