ZzzQuil Natura is a natural supplement based on melatonin and a mix of chamomile, lavender and valerian useful for promoting sleep and relaxation. The formulation contains in addition to 1 mg of melatonin and a high dose of vitamin B6, useful for promoting normal energy metabolism. Thanks to melatonin and with the support of chamomile, valerian and lavender they help you fall asleep naturally and quickly, acting on the regulation of the sleep cycle and preventing the feeling of drowsiness the next day. The product is non-habit-forming and free from artificial colors and flavors, gluten and lactose.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend using 1 melatonin gummy tablet per day, to be taken 30 minutes before bedtime. Thanks to its natural ingredients, it can also be taken every day.
