Zeta Colest is a supplement based on Red Fermented Rice and Berberis extracts, Milk Thistle and Guggul:
- Berberis and Milk Thistle contribute to normal liver function.
- Guggul contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Berberis (Berberis aristata DC.) branch bark dry extract tit. 85% berberine, edible gelatin, red fermented rice (Monascus purpureus) dry extract tit. 3% total monacolins, milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.] fruit dry extract tit. 80% silymarin, guggul [Commiphora mukul (Hook. Ex Stocks) Engl.] oleo-gum resin dry extract tit. 2.5% guggulsterones; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colors: E171, E132.
Gluten-free and citrinin-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the evening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not exceed a daily dose of 3 mg or more. of monacolins from red yeast rice.
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age.

It should not be consumed if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol.
