Directions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day, swallowed without chewing. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can open the capsule and disperse the contents (soluble powder) directly in water.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not take the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not consume after the expiry date.
Storage
