Indications
Xeferil is a supplement based on Psyllium, Inulin with Aloe Vera and Valerian useful for promoting regular intestinal transit and can have a probiotic effect. Psyllium and Inulin facilitate the physiological elimination of feces by increasing their volume and weight. Aloe Vera at low doses acts as a tonic for the digestive system by toning the intestinal muscles and also has a detoxifying action on the gastrointestinal tract. Valerian is useful in cases of abdominal cramps and irritable bowel syndrome.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, away from meals, in cycles of 2-3 weeks with 1 week of rest in between. Pour the contents of one sachet of Xeferil into a glass, add water, mix well and drink immediately. The formation of a gel is a characteristic of the product itself. It is advisable to drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
