Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener. The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for promoting regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and easy-to-use stools, to promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora and to slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; bulking agent: isomalt; emulsifier: lecithin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; Dried strawberry juice, elderberry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Does not contain lactose. Gluten-free.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 scoops of Psyllogel Fiber per day, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor/pharmacist.
Psyllogel Fiber can be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml), or added to yogurt, fruit juices, smoothies, or pureed fruit.
After mixing, drink the contents immediately.
The formation of a gel is a sign of the excellent qualities of the product: the gel, in fact, thanks to its viscosity, hydrates and makes the intestinal contents soft and fluid.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
