Indications

Xanorest Plus is a supplement useful for compensating for deficiencies or increased needs of Tryptophan and Melatonin. Melatonin is a mediator produced by the pineal gland that regulates the sleep-wake rhythm. A melatonin deficiency may generally manifest itself with:

• sleep disturbances;
• sleep disturbances associated with anxiety-depressive states;
• changes in the sleep-wake rhythm.

Xanorest Plus contains 1 mg of melatonin. One milligram of melatonin, if taken in the evening shortly before bed, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Xanorest Plus, in addition to melatonin, contains phytocomplexes of valerian, griffonia, and eschscholtzia, which can promote relaxation, in particular:

• Eschscholtzia Californica Cham.: relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
• Griffonia Simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.: normal mood, relaxation (sleep), and mental well-being.
• Valeriana Officinalis L.: relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).

Ingredients

Valeriana officinalis L. root dry extract titrated 0.42% valerenic acids; Magnesium oxide; L-Tryptophan; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb dry extract tit. 0.2% protopine; Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose; Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seed dry extract tit. 98% 5-HTP; Corn starch; Dibasic calcium phosphate bihydrate; Niacin; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide; Vitamin B6 hydrochloride; Melatonin.

Warnings

It is recommended to take one tablet daily, swallowed whole, shortly before bed. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Store in a cool, dry place.
