MOTHER TINCTURE

Directions for use:
20 drops, 2-3 times a day. For insomnia, only in the evening. Avoid high or prolonged doses for more than a week due to the possible onset of side effects.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation and make it more easily absorbed.
