Indications

Vitamineral Energy is a vitamin and mineral food supplement, with taurine, arginine, glutamine, and creatine. It contains potassium, which contributes to normal muscle function; Magnesium, iron, vitamin C, folic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, furthermore vitamin C and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism.

• Arginine: arginine is an essential amino acid, useful as an antioxidant and to stimulate the immune system.
• Creatine: is an amino acid useful for muscle contraction, providing energy to it.
• Glutamine: is an amino acid naturally present in human proteins, improves sports performance, useful for the immune system and in times of stress.
• Potassium: potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
• Taurine: taurine has an antioxidant action.
• Folic acid: folic acid reduces tiredness and fatigue.
• Iron: Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
• Vitamin C: Vitamin C is an antioxidant, reduces tiredness and helps normal energy metabolism.
• Magnesium: Magnesium is necessary for the assimilation of phosphorus, calcium and potassium. It is essential for the activity and balance of the nervous system. It has a relaxing and calming effect and reduces the excitability of nerves and muscles.

Composition

Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, acidifier: citric acid, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), taurine, concentrated peach juice, flavoring, iron [ferric pyrophosphate, dextrin, sodium chloride, water, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, polyglyceride esters of fatty acids], acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Directions for use and dosage

Dissolve the contents of one sachet (5.7g of powder) in 200ml of water and take once a day.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
