Food supplement in capsules based on vitamin D3 from lichens and vitamin K2.
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 work synergistically to ensure the well-being of bones and the cardiovascular system. While vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium from the diet, vitamin K2 ensures that it enters the bones and does not accumulate in the blood vessels.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and therefore helps with normal blood calcium levels; contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and muscle function; contributes to the functioning of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.
Ingredients
Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) dry extract E/D 4:1; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC); menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), vitamin D (cholecalciferol); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Free from dairy, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, and artificial flavors.

Directions for use
1 capsule per day to complement a main meal. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.
