Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day;
Mix well by slowly pouring the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 200 ml);
It is recommended to pour the water into the glass first and then the contents of the sachet;
The presence of suspended residues is not an indication of alteration, but is due to the dry extracts that characterize the product.
