VitaCalmTutta Notte comes in fast/retard dual-release tablets to induce sleep and maintain it throughout the night, reducing nighttime awakenings.
The innovative two-layer fast/retard technology allows for gradual absorption of the plant ingredients and better use by the body.Lavender,Valerian,Eschscholzia andMelatonin, contained in the first rapid-release layer, promotes sleep. Passionflower, contained in the second layer, released within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and a continuous, restful sleep.
In double-layer tablets:
- 1st layer, immediate release, with Valerian, Californian Poppy and Lavender: promotes sleep.
- 2nd layer, with Passionflower: promotes relaxation and a continuous, restful sleep.

Directions for use and dosage
