Indications
Viaflog 1000 is a natural supplement based on Salix alba, Bromelain from gastro-protected pineapple (Bromelain retard), Boswellia serrata and Vitamin B12.
The active ingredients contained in Viaflog 1000 are useful in counteracting localized states of tension, contribute to joint function (Boswellia serrata and Salix alba), to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamin B12).
Boswellia serrata is a fundamental element of the Ayurvedic medicinal tradition, appreciated for its anti-arthritic properties, astringent, expectorant and antiseptic.
The active ingredients contained within the plant have been reported in the literature to have the following actions:
- reduce inflammation in models of systemic inflammatory diseases;
- reduce the antibody response of antibodies generally involved in the genesis of autoimmune diseases;
- inhibit the activation of the complement, an element capable of increasing the inflammatory and autoimmune response;
- exert a modest analgesic effect;
- the aforementioned actions appear to be associated with the ability of Boswellic acid to selectively inhibit the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase, involved in the synthesis of inflammatory mediators.
Vitamin B12 is an important coenzyme for cell reproduction and DNA synthesis.
It also has positive effects on the health of the nervous system and the brain.
The role of this vitamin in preserving nerve health is mainly due to its antioxidant and biosynthetic role, useful respectively in protecting the nerve fiber and in particular its myelin sheath from lipid peroxidation exerted by reactive oxygen species, and from the synthesis of nucleic acids and fatty acids necessary to maintain neuronal trophicity.
Salix Alba or Willow is used in folk medicine mainly for its anti-inflammatory activity, due above all to the inhibition of cyclooxygenase, i.e. the enzymes most involved in the inflammatory cascade.
These activities are attributable to its salicin content which, once ingested and following intestinal and hepatic metabolism, is converted into salicylic acid.
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity, it is particularly indicated for the treatment of pain rheumatic diseases.
Gastro-protected Bromelain (Bromelami retard) is a proteolytic enzyme present in two different forms in the juice, pulp and especially in the pineapple stem. Its main use is as an anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous.
Aristeia Farmaceutici has included a particular form of gastro-protected bromelain, so that the functions of this enzyme are not affected at the gastric level, thus ensuring maximum efficacy.
Bromelain is also particularly effective in the treatment of inflammatory states of soft tissues associated with trauma and in localized inflammation.
Compared to other anti-inflammatory molecules, Bromelain does not inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase, but rather inhibits the activity of cyclooxygenase. Promotes the release of anti-inflammatory prostacyclins and inhibits the release of proinflammatory prostaglandins.

Boswellia serrata dry extract (from gemmoresin) titrated 65% in Boswellic Acids, gastroprotected bromelain (Bromelans retard) from Ananas comosus - stem 2500 GDU, Salix alba L. dry extract (from branch bark) titrated 30% in salicin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Excipients: sucrose, corn starch, talc, shellac, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, amorphous silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Viaflog 1000, to be swallowed with plenty of water, preferably on a full stomach, 1 to 3 times a day.
Viaflog 1000 can be taken as a: It can also be taken for prolonged periods, thanks to its great tolerability.
It is recommended to take the product according to the instructions for use, for a period related to the reported symptoms.
In case of temporary problems, the product should be taken for the entire period of the perceived symptoms.
In case of chronic and ongoing problems, however, the product can be taken without interruption 12 months a year.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
