VALTOS is a food supplement containing extracts of Cimicifuga racemosa, griffonia, lavender essential oil, and hemp oil. Cimicifuga racemosa extract combats menopausal symptoms, while griffonia extract helps restore normal mood, promoting relaxation, sleep, and mental well-being. Lavender essential oil promotes relaxation and sleep in cases of stress, helping to maintain normal mood. Finally, hemp seed oil supports the integrity and functionality of cell membranes, skin trophism, and skin function.
Ingredients
Griffonia dry extract (Griffonia simplicifolia DC.) tit. 25%, hemp oil, sunflower seed oil; Gelling agent: corn starch; firming agent: glycerol; lavender essential oil, black cohosh dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) tit. 2.5%; gelling agent: carrageenan; thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322); colouring: iron oxide (E172).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking one tablet daily, preferably in the afternoon/evening.
