Ingredients
Magnesium oxide (magnesium); bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L. root), tablet coating (thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; colors: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides; humectant: fatty acids; bulking agent: talc); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; silicon dioxide; common hop extract (Humulus lupulus L. flower), licorice dry extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. root).
Directions for use
Take 1 or 2 tablets before bed, or as recommended by your doctor.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor to determine if this dietary supplement is right for you. High doses of magnesium may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some people. In these cases, it is recommended to either divide the dose throughout the day by halving the tablet or reducing the number of tablets taken. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor. This product should not be used in combination with synthetic sedatives. It may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Consult your doctor if you plan to use this product for more than two weeks.
