Valdyma 125 is a supplement based on Valerian, Californian Poppy and Magnesium, useful in cases of stress and difficulty sleeping.

Magnesium Bisglycinate, Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis L.) root dry extract, Californian Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb dry extract, Magnesium Oxide, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide; Food gelatin capsules. Coloring: Titanium Dioxide.

Directions for use and Dosage
