Indications
Umorelax is a supplement based on Withania, Griffonia, Melissa and Hawthorn, with Magnesium, Zinc, B vitamins and Melatonin:
- Withania and Hawthorn promote relaxation and mental well-being.
- Melissa and Griffonia contribute to normal mood.
- Magnesium together with vitamin B1 supports normal psychological function and physiological energy metabolism.
- B vitamins help the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamins B2 and B6 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

DC.] tit. 1% total flavonoids, lemon balm leaves dry extract (Melissa officinalis L.) tit. 2% rosmarinic acid, zinc gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), melatonin.
