Indications
A single capsule of Ultra D-sium provides 100% of the RDA (recommended daily allowance) of vitamin D in synergy with marine magnesium.
Vitamin D is essential for bone, muscle, and dental health, but also for maintaining an optimal immune system and preventing the early signs of aging.
Vitamin D can have two sources: either naturally produced in the skin thanks to the action of ultraviolet rays, or supplied by diet.
Vitamin D supplied by large fish (salmon, cod, halibut, tuna) concentrates pollutants. Another source is mutton fat, from which the lanolin used for some vitamin D is extracted.
Plant-based vitamin D can be provided by yeast or mushrooms, which are naturally rich in ergosterol, a precursor to vitamin D.
In order to offer a vitamin D completely free from animal or synthetic derivatives and easily digestible by everyone, even people with fragile livers, Holistica research has selected a yeast that, simply dried under UV rays, naturally develops its vitamin D content, just as our skin does under the sun.
It participates in the assimilation of calcium and phosphorus, as well as in the balance of cell division.
Vitamin D also participates in a good balance of the immune system.

Sea salt rich in magnesium (56.5%; vegetable capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin D from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); anti-platelet agents: talc; magnesium stearate.
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule per day.
One capsule per day provides 100% of the RDA of Vitamin D and 33% of the RDA of Magnesium.
To optimize assimilation, it is recommended to take it during a meal in which lipids are consumed.
