Indications
Triptomaq is a supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, coenzyme Q10, vitamin D3, vitamin B2, B6, niacin, and melatonin. Vitamin D3 and magnesium promote physiological muscle function.

L-Tryptophan: it is an essential amino acid, meaning it is not produced endogenously and therefore must necessarily be introduced through the diet; furthermore, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids ingested, so its concentration can be affected. often be deficient at the blood level.
L-Tryptophan: is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is fundamental in various phases of sleep, especially during REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases.
- Coenzyme Q10: actively participates in the production of ATP at the mitochondrial level.
Triptomaq provides a high dosage of chelated magnesium (bisglycinate); this particular pharmaceutical technique allows for maximizing its absorption, avoiding gastrointestinal problems typical of supplements of this mineral. Magnesium and vitamin D3 contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, together with niacin, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take of 1 sachet in monthly cycles.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water and mix well.
