• L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid precursor of Serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in relaxation processes.
• Riboflavin contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Thiamine and Vitamin B6 contribute to physiological psychological function and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• Pantothenic Acid contributes to the synthesis of some neurotransmitters.
• The probiotic lactic ferments (B. Lactis, L. Plantarum, S. Boulardii – 2.5 billion) and Inulin are useful for the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
• The presence of Lactase improves the digestion of lactose in people who have difficulty digesting it.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 DuoCam sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (at least 150 ml), preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
