Indications

Trimelvit is a supplement containing melatonin, vitamin D3, vitamin B6, and tryptophan. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and alleviates the effects of jet lag (with the intake of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival); vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function; Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take one dose (0.5 ml) per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. For correct use and a different dosage, consult your doctor. Shake before use.
