Indications
Tonogen Plus is a supplement that contributes to normal energy metabolism (thanks to magnesium, zinc and vitamin C) and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (thanks to magnesium and vitamin C). Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short-duration activities.
This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine (which is achieved with the intake of 2 sachets per day).
