Directions for use and Dosage

The single essence can be used as a It can be taken directly by adding 7 drops to a little water, morning and evening, or by diluting it.

To prepare a dilution of one or more individual flowers, use a 30ml bottle with a dropper. Add three-quarters of water, one-quarter of brandy as a preservative, and 7 drops of each individual Essence you intend to use.
