Indications
Nutrihum Gonfiore is a supplement based on enzymes and plant extracts of fennel, anise, cumin, ginger, and lemon balm. Fennel, anise, cumin, ginger, and lemon balm support digestive function, promote the elimination of gas, and promote regular gastrointestinal motility. In addition, Ginger has antinausea properties.

Ingredients
Enzyme complex from plant substrates fermented by Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger (Amylase, Lactase, Protease, Cellulase, Glucosamylase, Pectinase, Lipase), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit dry extract titrated at 0.9% in essential oil; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruit dry extract. E:D 1:4, Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) fruit dry extract E:D 1:4, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome dry extract titrated at 1% in gingerols, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid; corn starch; anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one after each main meal.
