Ingredients

Eschscholzia (30%) (Eschscholzia Cham.) tops flowering, passion flower (30%) (Passiflora L.) aerial parts, hawthorn (17%) (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) tops flowers, lemon balm (10%) (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, orange (10%) (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) fruit, natural orange flavor (3%).

Mode Directions for Use and Dosage

Place one filter in a cup of boiling water (approx. 150ml), leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with a lid on to prevent the loss of volatile ingredients. Take before bedtime and possibly in the afternoon. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
