Indications
Supradyn® Recharge PRO B12 is a food supplement that provides high-dose vitamin B12, probiotics, niacin (vitamin B3), and zinc. It is ideal for those who need an additional intake of these nutrients in their diet or have an increased physiological requirement.
Active ingredients
- High-dose vitamin B12: Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism;
- Niacin (vitamin B3): Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness;
- Zinc: Supports the normal function of the immune system;
- Probiotics: Contains 5 billion probiotic microorganisms (live lactic acid bacteria, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019) that promote the balance of intestinal microflora.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one vial a day, on an empty stomach.
Take the product following the instructions below:
- Screw the cap clockwise until the safety seal breaks;
- Continue to screw clockwise until the end of the stroke to allow the powder to fall into the liquid;
- Shake the bottle well vial until the powder is completely dissolved;
- Unscrew the cap counterclockwise and drink the contents (fig. 4).
The product can be taken as is or added to other non-hot and/or carbonated drinks.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and direct sources of heat.
