Supradyn Ricarica No Stress is formulated with vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B5, folic acid, magnesium, rhodiola and lemon balm extracts. It is particularly indicated in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced intake with the normal diet.
The rhodiola extract has a tonic-adaptogenic action.
The rhodiola extract and lemon balm extract have a positive effect on normal mood. Furthermore, the lemon balm extract is useful for mental well-being.
The magnesium together with the B vitamins, present in the product, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, both physical and mental.

Directions for use and dosage
Adults (from 18 years): one sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
