Yes It is recommended to swallow 1 softgel daily with water, preferably with a meal.
Warnings
Vitamin D should not be taken in combination with digitalis (due to the risk of arrhythmia), thiazide diuretics (due to the risk of hypercalcemia), or calcitonin (vitamin D may reduce the effect of the drug).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
