Indications
Promotes physiological relaxation and a peaceful, restful sleep.
Also indicated for reducing tension and anxiety.
Dosage and Directions for Use
- For a relaxing and calming effect, we recommend 25-45 drops twice a day in a cold or warm drink, in the morning and in the afternoon.
- As a sleep inducer, we recommend 90 drops in the evening, preferably in a hot drink.
Contraindications
In case of known hypersensitivity to one of the components.
Side Effects
Not observed at normal dosages.
Overdoses may cause gastrointestinal disorders minors.
Components
Hydroalcoholic extracts (water, grape juice, ethyl alcohol, plant part 20%) of: California poppy (eschscholtzia californica cham) aerial parts, valerian (valeriana officinalis l.) root, hops (humulus lupulus l.) inflorescences (cones), sweet clover (melilotus officinalis l.) aerial parts, poppy (papaver rhoeas l.) petals, passionflower (passiflora incarnata l.) aerial parts, lime (tilia platiphyllos scop.) flowers, chamomile (matricaria recutita rausch.) flowers, hawthorn (crataegus monogyna jacq.) leaves and flowers, lemon verbena (lippia citriodora kunth) leaves; Essential oils of: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia chaix); activating constituents according to the spagyric methodology: alchemical wine (grape juice, ethyl alcohol).
