Food supplement with Rhodiola rosea titrated to 5% in Rosavin and B-complex vitamins, useful in cases of increased needs or decreased dietary intake. Rhodiola rosea is also traditionally known for its adaptogenic effects on the body and its ability to positively influence mood.
Rhodiola 5, thanks to the presence of its functional ingredients:
- improves mood and revitalizes brain functions: memory, learning, concentration;
- helps restore the sleep-wake rhythm: facilitates falling asleep and reduces the phenomenon of night-time awakenings;
- enhances physical response capacity, improving performance and endurance;
- reduces nervous hunger.
The properties of Rhodiola 5 are attributable to Rosavin, a plant principle that characterizes the Rhodiola Rosea extract, present in the particular titrated concentration of 5%.
     Rhodiola rosea
It is able to positively influence the availability of serotonin and catecholamines.
     Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine
Essential for some brain functions. It also plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids.
     Vitamin B1 or thiamine
It is necessary in the metabolism of carbohydrates and its function is to promote the general nutritional state of nervous tissue.
     Vitamin PP or niacin
It is involved in the reactions that generate energy in tissues through the use of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and is therefore essential for growth.
