Directions for use

It is recommended to take one sachet of powder dissolved in half a glass of water and then drink another glass of water; preferably in the evening.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take it at the same time as medications (preferably at least one hour after). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
