Ingredients
Valerian (valeriana officinalis) root dry extract (125 mg per 1 tablet) titrated at 0.42% valerenic acids (0.525 mg per 1 tablet); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; Colorants: E171, E141.

Directions for use
Take 1-2 tablets a day, as needed.
