Mode Directions for use
Take 5 g (1-2 teaspoons) before meals, 1 or 2 times a day, pouring it into a glass of still water or fruit juice and mixing well for about 1 minute.
After mixing, if not completely used, do not store the product obtained.
Warnings
Take the product 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medications.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
