Dosage and Directions for Use

It is recommended to take one ivory "day formula" capsule in the morning and one blue "night formula" capsule at bedtime, with a large glass of water.

Day formula - ivory capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; vegetable-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colorings: titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide.

Night formula - blue capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; lemon balm dry extract (Melissa officinalis; gum arabic) (100 mg per capsule); anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; stearic acid; magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule: gelatin; Colorants: titanium dioxide; indigo carmine.
