Indications
The Ten Herbs is a 100% natural food supplement, composed of a blend of powdered herbs pressed into tablets, to promote intestinal function, proper food digestion and stool expulsion.
Cascara, Buckthorn, Senna, Mallow and Rhubarb promote regular intestinal transit, maintaining a high concentration of water in the intestine, stimulating intestinal motility and stool expulsion. Fennel, Mint, Dandelion, Cinnamon, and Lemon Balm support digestive function.

Blend of powdered herbs: cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC.) bark, buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark, senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) fruit, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaf, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller) fruit, rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) root/rhizomes, mint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaf, dandelion (Taraxacum officinale L. Weber ex F.H. Wigg.) root, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl.) bark, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf; corn starch; senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaf dry extract. tit. 7% hydroxyanthracene glycosides as sennoside B; bulking agent: microcrystalline callulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend 1-4 tablets per day with plenty of water, in the evening before bed.
