Indications
Food supplement useful for promoting physiological intestinal transit.

Characteristics
Based on linseed oil (naturally rich in omega-3), bamboo fiber (with a high insoluble fraction), FOS (oligofructosaccharides) and arabinogalactans (prebiotic soluble fiber).
Contains lactose.

Properties
- Arabinogalactans: soluble fiber that is not absorbed in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine where it is completely digested by lactobacilli. These prebiotic substances promote the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, while simultaneously decreasing the number of potentially harmful bacteria, such as enterobacteria.
- FOS (oligofructosaccharides): They reduce fecal pH, cholesterol, and triglycerides in the blood. They reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids by normalizing the glycemic index and lipid levels through a decrease in hepatic lithogenicity. They are useful as a rebalancing agent, to regulate intestinal transit, and as a protective agent, to reduce the risk of colon cancer.
- Bamboo fiber: A dietary fiber with a high cellulose content. It binds and retains a large amount of water, resulting in increased stool weight, increased intestinal transit speed, and intraluminal pressure in the colon. It reduces the absorption of fats and bile salts, which remain trapped in the fibrous network, as well as the absorption of carcinogenic substances, with an advantage in diverticular disease and ulcerative colitis.
- Flaxseed: high in mucilage; useful adjuvant in the prevention of constipation.
