Ingredients
Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) leaves; FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides); buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark; aloe (Aloe Ferox Mill.) leaf juice; senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) leaf dry extract titrated 20% in hydroxyanthracene heterosides expressed as sennosides B; rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) root; buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark dry extract titrated 16% in glucofrangulins expressed as glucofrangulin A; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate (vegetable); lemon verbena (Lippia citriodora L.) leaves; clove (Eugenia caryophyllata Thumb.) cloves (flower buds); cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees.) bark dry extract supported on maltodextrin.

How to use: Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets daily, swallowed with water, preferably in the evening before dinner.
