Cinnamon is a very tall evergreen tree, and the spice is obtained from its inner bark, which has a very intense aroma. Its flavor is sweet, rounded, and aromatic. - Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum L.)
Cardamom is a perennial plant of the Zingiberaceae family.
The fruit appears as a capsule containing many small seeds that are collected and dried.
Its flavor is very intense and the aroma is similar to that of eucalyptus.

How to use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 tablets a day with a glass of water, with meals.
