α-Galactosidase
Hydrolyzes the alpha 1-4 bonds of oligosaccharides (melbiose, raffinose, stachyose, verbaschiose) found in cereals, legumes, and cruciferous vegetables, which are often sources of intestinal bloating.
β-Galactosidase
Metabolizes lactose into galactose and fructose. Useful for those who have difficulty digesting lactose.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose; calcium phosphate; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; alpha-galactosidase from Aspergillus niger; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; beta-galactosidase (fungal lactase from Aspergillus oryzae); glazing agents: shellac; microcrystalline cellulose; titanium dioxide; stearic acid*.
*May contain traces of lactose. May contain traces of soy and gluten.
Directions for use
Take 1 tablet before meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
