Indications
Carnidyn Fast is a gluten-free food supplement indicated for recovering muscle tone and replenishing fluids and salts. It supports the body in cases of physical fatigue and muscle fatigue. This can be due to either excessive sweating, especially during the hot season, or intense sporting activity.
Carnidyn Fast with Propionyl-L-Carnitine has a balanced formulation of Mineral Salts, Vitamins, Creatine, and Coenzyme Q10: it promotes muscle energy metabolism and proper water-salt balance.

Ingredient Characteristics
- Propionyl l- Carnitine: participates in energy production in the mitochondria, the power plants of cells;
- Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, and Vitamin B2: help reduce physical tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism;
- Magnesium: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to the maintenance of electrolyte balance;
- Potassium: contributes to normal muscle function and helps maintain normal blood pressure;
- Zinc and Selenium: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system;
- Creatine: helps increase physical performance in repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities;
- Coenzyme Q10: is a molecule contained in the mitochondria of cells throughout the body and is involved in numerous chemical reactions in the body.

Directions for Use and Dosage
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
