Indications
Armolipid Prev is a food supplement containing Orthosiphon stamineus extract, Berberis aristata extract, fermented red rice (Monascus purpureus), Policosanols, Coenzyme Q10, and Folic Acid. Berberis aristata extract promotes the normal function of the cardiovascular system. Furthermore, Orthosiphon stamineus extract promotes the drainage of body fluids, and Folic Acid contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Cholesterol is produced by the liver and is present in all cells of the body. In addition to the amount normally produced by the body, cholesterol can be introduced externally through diet. Triglycerides are introduced mainly through food and partly derive from the metabolism of carbohydrates in the liver. If present in excess, cholesterol and triglycerides can be harmful to the body and in particular to the health of the cardiovascular system. Consequently, it is important in these conditions to adopt a healthy lifestyle (for example, physical activity, avoiding alcohol, nicotine, and stress) and a balanced diet.

- Berberis Aristata: The dry extract obtained from the bark of Berberis aristata, a shrub native to the Himalayas and Nepal, is standardized in berberine. Berberis aristata dry extract, contained in ArmoLIPID PREV, promotes the control of cholesterol and plasma triglycerides as a supplement to a diet generally suited to this purpose.*

- Policosanols are a mixture of natural fatty alcohols contained in the waxy matrix of sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum), rice bran (Oryza Sativa), and beeswax (Apis mellifera).
- Orthosiphon Orthosiphon Stamineus: The dry extract obtained from Orthosiphon stamineus is standardized in sinensetin and contains various natural components, including lipophilic flavones, essential oils rich in sesquiterpenes, terpene saponins, vitamins, and mineral salts. Orthosiphon stamineus promotes the drainage of body fluids and the functionality of the urinary tract.

Directions for use and Dosage
One tablet per day. In case of difficulty swallowing, it is recommended to break the tablet into two parts and take them with a glass of water.
Warnings
Each tablet contains 2.8 mg of Monacolins. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take a daily amount of Monacolins from red yeast rice equal to or greater than 3 mg.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children under 3 years of age. Armolipid Prev should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by infants, children, and adolescents under 18 years of age, or by adults over 70 years of age. It is recommended to consult your doctor before using this product. Armolipid Prev should not be taken if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol or if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
