Indications:
It has a calming effect on digestive pain, improves digestion, and is the ideal remedy for a painful colon and difficult digestion. Fennel also reduces intestinal gas: it is therefore used against aerophagia and abdominal swelling. It is also recommended for difficult lactation.

Dosage and Directions for Use:
1 or 2 capsules daily before meals.

Characteristics:
The carminative, eupetic, and galactagogue properties are due to anethole (which represents 50-60% of the essential oil).
