Product Description

Food supplement that promotes the control of plasma cholesterol, thanks to its main component, fermented red rice, obtained from the fermentation of common rice by a particular yeast, called Monascus purpureus or red yeast.
It also protects against radical oxidation and prevents the degeneration of atherosclerotic plaque. It represents a complete solution for the prevention of atherosclerosis.

      Monascus purpureus or red yeast
During its fermentation activity, this yeast is enriched with a group of substances, called monacolins, which have been attributed with a marked cholesterol-lowering effect. Among these, the most produced is Monacolin K. Numerous studies have demonstrated its effectiveness in the case of altered blood levels of triglycerides and cholesterol.
      Resveratrol
Plant-based polyphenol extracted from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum, which has an important antioxidant action and regulates the functionality of the cardiovascular system.
     Policosanols
Mixture of aliphatic alcohols extracted from rice bran, whose active ingredient, octacosanol, acts on cholesterol metabolism by decreasing plasma levels of LDL cholesterol and increasing levels of HDL cholesterol. Policosanols also perform an important antioxidant function.
      Chromium Picolinate
The most bioavailable form of chromium, which plays a primary role in promoting sugar metabolism.

1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening.
