Indications
Alkalos A is a food supplement based on calcium citrate and vitamin D3, useful for integrating these nutrients in case of reduced dietary intake or increased needs.
Calcium, an essential mineral, is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, as it represents their main constituent.
The Calcium Citrate of Alkalos A is particularly bioavailable and easily absorbed by the body, and its absorption is independent of gastric acid secretion.
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) contributes to the normal absorption and use of Calcium and Phosphorus, useful for bone mineralization and for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 also promotes the physiological functioning of the immune system and supports muscle function.
Citrate helps reduce the risk of kidney stone formation as it is the most important inhibitor of urinary crystallization of lithogenic salts.
Composition
Calcium citrate tetrahydrate; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, talc; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); coloring: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use and Dosage
Unless otherwise indicated by your doctor, we suggest taking 1-2 tablets per day, during or after meals. Between meals, drink a little water.
