Ingredients
Vegetable carbon; fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed dry extract titrated at 0.25% in essential oil; edible gelatin; microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf top dry extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid; manganese gluconate; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil; anise burnet fruit (Pimpinella anisum) essential oil; lemon peel (Citrus limonum) essential oil; coriander fruit (coriandrum sativum) essential oil.

Dosage and Directions for Use
We recommend taking 2-3 capsules a day, after main meals.
