Indications

Super Vitamin D3 is a food supplement based on Vitamin D that contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the normal maintenance of bones, teeth and muscle function.

Vitamins can be divided into two large groups:

• water-soluble vitamins which dissolve in water and must be introduced daily through food because the body is not able to store them: these include vitamin C and all the vitamins of the B group (including folic acid);
• fat-soluble vitamins which dissolve in fats and are accumulated in the liver. Their deficiency, therefore, occurs following a lack of intake for a certain period of time. These include vitamins A, D, E and K.
