Indications

Stimul-Mag is a Magnesium supplement in concentrated ionized form with MSM (highly bioavailable organic sulfur).

Ingredients

Magnesium oxide, Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane, Acidifier: Citric acid

Directions for use and dosage

For constipation: 1/2-1 scoop in 200 ml of water, preferably after dinner, wait 5-10 minutes before drinking.
Sweeten to taste or add fruit juice, e.g., berries, apple. Pineapple.

For cramps, menstrual spasms, or menopause: 1/2 scoop in 500 ml of water, taken slowly throughout the day.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Please refer to the packaging for additional instructions if necessary.
