Indications

StilVen Forte Smp is recommended to promote the physiological functionality of venous, arterial and lymphatic microcirculation (peripheral), retinopathies, in the treatment of hemorrhoidal syndromes and fissures.

StilVen Forte Smp is composed of:

• Diosmin: is a flavonoid, a natural substance with ubiquitous distribution in the plant world but contained in significant concentrations in fruits of the Citrus genus (lemons, oranges, grapefruits, etc.). It has always been known and recommended for the treatment of venous insufficiency, characterized by night cramps, pain, heaviness, and swelling in the legs. However, this substance also has anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory, and antivaricose properties, making it useful in the presence of hemorrhoids, cellulite, varicose veins, capillary fragility, and related symptoms such as bruises, hematomas, and purpura.
• Vitamin C: exerts its antioxidant activity in this case specifically on connective tissue, for which it guarantees not only a protective action but also a specifically repairing and regenerative action.
• Bilberry: It has long been known that the titrated dry extract of blueberry is able to combat fragility and excessive vascular permeability through a well-demonstrated capillary-protective action on both venous and arterial blood vessels. This action is explained by the fact that the anthocyanins present in the phytocomplex are capable of inhibiting the activity of certain enzymes (elastase and collagenase) that destroy collagen and elastic tissue. Several clinical studies have shown that Bilberry anthocyanins reduce capillary damage in a statistically significant way compared to a placebo.
• Bromelain 2500 GDU: This proteolytic enzyme performs important functions in the connective tissue itself, especially with regard to fibrin. Bromelain, in fact, has important fibrinolytic, anti-platelet, anti-inflammatory, and draining properties, thus promoting the reduction of swelling and pain in the lower limbs, typical of conditions of poor peripheral circulatory capacity.
• Sweet Clover: The main effect of the coumarin present in Sweet Clover is on lymphatic drainage, which is essential for ensuring the return of fluids present in the extracellular spaces to the heart. A deficit in lymphatic circulation causes the accumulation of these fluids in the tissues and therefore swelling, particularly common in the ankle area. Furthermore, coumarin significantly reduces the breakdown of catecholamines, particularly adrenaline, at the vascular level, resulting in improved blood vessel contractility.
• Centella asiatica: The triterpene derivatives present in Centella leaves are particularly useful for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. They stimulate collagen production by fibroblasts, resulting in an increase in fibronectin, a structural protein important for maintaining the integrity of the venous vessel walls and collagen itself.
• Ortosiphon stamineus: It is known for its diuretic and purifying action. It moderately increases urine volume, promoting the excretion of sodium, potassium, and even chlorine. The plant's diuretic action is also due to a reduction in fluid retention by colloids present in tissues and blood. These effects are also very useful in cases of cellulite, since it is known that the tissue affected by this problem is very rich not only in water but also in uric acid.
• Red vine: is, together with blueberry, one of the best-known and most used phytocomplexes when an antioxidant, anti-edema, and protective action on the microcirculation is needed. The most important components found in the leaves belong to the category of bioflavonoids (anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins). In particular, the bioflavonoids of red vine have an intense antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Their most important action is carried out at the capillary level, where they positively influence vascular permeability. Procyanidins are in fact able to stabilize collagen fibers and inhibit the catabolic activity of elastase, an enzyme that leads to the degradation of this key connective tissue protein.

They do not contain lactose and gluten.

Directions for use and Dosage

Phlebopathies, lymphopathies (edema of any nature), retinopathies: 1 or 2 sachets per day.
In the treatment of hemorrhoidal syndromes and fissures: 1 or 2 sachets per day or as needed, dissolved in a glass of water.

The product should be taken on an empty stomach.
